An unlawful alien has been charged with tried homicide for allegedly attempting to burn six folks alive by trapping them in a Robertsdale, Alabama, home that was on hearth.
Marlon Pineda-Enamorado, a 38-year-old unlawful alien, was arrested and charged this week with first-degree arson in Baldwin County.
In response to the Robertsdale Police Lt. Paul Overstreet, Pineda-Enamorado “used an accelerant, gasoline, to gentle a number of mattresses on hearth inside his room and inflicting the whole residence to be crammed with smoke” whereas six others had been inside.
